Read by foundations, corporations, and individuals interested in knowing about a nonprofits work and its associated revenues and expenses, it is available to the general public on Guidestar.org. The 990 has been revised for 2008 and now includes more detail in a revised format.

About the presenter: Nancy Kieling has served as President of the Princeton Area Community Foundation since May 1994, during which time the Community Foundation has granted over $25 million. She has guided the Community Foundation’s grantmaking, scholarship, and philanthropic education initiatives and partnered with many private and corporate foundations. Under her leadership the organization has grown from $300,000 to $55 million in assets and its grantmaking has expanded from $11,000 in 1994 to over $3 million in 2008. The Princeton Area Community Foundation was the first Nationally Certified Community Foundation in New Jersey, and among the first nationwide. Nancy is a former Board Chair of the Council of New Jersey Grantmakers; and a current Director of the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce.
